Prices include VAT, manufacturing, delivery, and installation within the M25, plus 1.2m ground screw foundations, 100mm PIR insulation, standard finishes, a lighting and electrical kit, one double-glazed door, and one double-glazed window or skylight.

Prices include manufacturing, delivery, and installation in London within M25; VAT not included. Foundations, other than Ground Screws, are not included. Any demolitions, groundworks, landscaping, electrics, plumbing, tiling, and sanitaryware are not included as they are project and site specific. Sizes are external and approximate only .
