The red Viroc facade is accented by architectural fins, giving it a bold, contemporary presence. Inside, the two main tapered wings are clad in Valchromat with bespoke brass inserts and peg walls, one serving as a studio, the other as a fully equipped gym.

Between them, a central storage room supports garden use, while a luxurious wet-room bathroom features terrazzo tiles, a walk-in shower, bespoke cabinetry, and detailing that perfectly balances elegance with practicality.
