The project
An office, a gym and an en suite
Approved through planning in a Manor Park conservation area, this 29m² U-shaped garden studio wraps around the garden. One wing is a studio, the other a fully equipped gym, with a storage room and a wet-room bathroom between them.
Outside, red cement-board panels and architectural fins give it a bold presence under a green roof. Inside, coloured fibreboard walls with brass details and peg walls dress both wings, and the bathroom has terrazzo tiles, a walk-in shower and bespoke cabinets.
